• If we can accommodate your specific request we will book the meeting
• If your first choice is not available we will work with you to provide alternate dates or facilities that is suitable for your event and budget

*Terms & Conditions:

• Offer must be reasonable based on industry standards for meetings at properties of similar size and quality as Le Meridien properties for the dates selected.
• Offer valid for any NEW meeting reserved by October 31, 2010 and consumed before June 30, 2011.
• Black-out dates and other restrictions may apply. Subject to availability.
• Offer may not be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Offer applicable to meetings only: not valid for individual stays, whether for business or leisure. Should be for 10 rooms and above.
